主，請賜予我寧靜心靈接受無法改變的事，
賜予我勇氣改變應當變更的事，
賜予我智慧分辨兩者。
珍惜每一天；
享受每一刻；
以苦難作為通往平安之路；
仿照主的方式，接受我不樂見的罪惡世界；
堅信凡事祂會歸正妥善。
只要服從祂的旨意；
此生得享喜樂，與主同在享受永生福樂。

阿們。

God grant me the serenity，

to accept the things I cannot change;

courage to change the things I can;

and wisdom to know the difference.

Living one day at a time;

Enjoying one moment at a time;

Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace;

Taking，as He did，

this sinful world as it is，not as I would have it;

Trusting that He will make all things right，

if I surrender to His Will;

That I may be reasonably happy in this life

and supremely happy with Him，Forever in the next.

Amen.
